UDHAMPUR: Expenditure Observer (EO), Myank Bisht, convened a meeting with representatives of all political parties of all the three Assembly constituencies of the district here on Thursday at Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex.
Myank highlighted the main tasks and responsibilities of all committees designated to oversee election expenditure. He informed that the expenditure incurred by the candidates would be added from the date of notification and scrutiny of Shadow Register of all candidates would be done on 21st, 25th and 29th November, 2014 at DC Office Conference Hall at 11:00AM.
Expenditure Observer asked to maintain all registers as per the rates fixed by District Election Officer. The party representatives were asked to follow the guidelines of Election Commission of India in maintaining their respective register.
Returning Officer, 61-Chenani, Vikas Sharma, Probationer, Kritika Batra, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rajeev Magotra, District Treasury Officer, Sanjay Kumar, Member Secretary MCMC, Dr. Ashwani Hansa, Assistant Expenditure Observers of 60-Udhampur, 61-Chenani and 62-Ramnagar Assembly Constituencies of district Udhampur, Election Naib Tehsildar besides other senior officers were also present in the meeting.
