POONCH: Department of Youth Services and Sports Poonch on Monday organized trail-cum-selection of all aged group girls for upcoming Inter-District UT level Taekwondo Competition scheduled to be held in the month of February, 2020. A total of 80 girls participated in the trail-cum-selection.
District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO) Poonch, Mohd Qasim was the Chief Guest and Incharge Manager Sports Stadium Poonch. Nirdosh Kumar was the Guest of Honour on the occasion.
Chief Guest met with all the budding girls of taekwondo and wished them good luck for their future endeavour.
Bouts were held under the technical supervision of Rajinder Singh, National Referee of Taekwondo, Jatinder Paul, Sachin Sharma, Sandeep Kumar and Waqar Ahmed.
Prominent persons present were Sanjay Misri, Kewal Krishan, Saurav Sharma, Neeraj Kumar and D.K Raina.
