JAMMU: Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) on Tuesday initiated a two-day selection process to pick up best cultural group (Folk Dances/Folk Songs/Regional dances/skits) for the 24th National Youth Festival.
Similar trials shall be conducted at Kashmir Division, followed by a final selection from December 30, 2020 to January 8, 2021 at Jammu, a handout issued here on Monday informed.
Today’s selection event started under the overall supervision of Assistant Director (DYSS), MR Uttam, district officers, Sukhdev Raj (Jammu) and Swarn Singh (Udhampur) at Youth Hostel, here.
