DSEJ inaugurates ‘Diet and Dental Camp’ at Govt Middle School Railways Jammu

JAMMU: The Director School Education Jammu, Ashok Kumar Sharma inaugurated ‘Diet and Dental Camp’ in Government Middle School Railways, Jammu. The Diet and dental Care Health camp was organised by Slim Line, run by Dr Mitali Gupta and Dr Umang Ivory Harbor Dental Clinic. On the occasion, Dr Umang checked dental issues of participants and gave prescription. Dr Mitali made children understand importance of good health and good nutrition. The programme begins with lighting of ceremonial lamp by the Director School Education, Ashok Kumar Sharma, who was the Chief Guest. While speaking on the occasion, Sharma congratulated Dr Mitali Gupta, Dr Umang and authorities of Government Middle School Railways for organizing the camp. He further said that such camps will help students to understand importance of good health and healthy diet. Director SEJ further said that he would provide all necessary assistance of help required by school or authorities in this regard. He assured Dr Mitali Gupta of all possible assistance if she is interested in holding more such camps in future.
Raj Daluja, who was Guest of the Honour, distributed swings and toys among nursery wing while Sunny Dua, who was the Special Guest, appreciated the steps taken by Dr Mitali and Dr Umang. The programme was presided by school Principal Anchal Kaur while former Principal GCW Parade Prof Vijay Laxmi was also present on the occasion. Dental kits and milk products were distributed among children by ivory Dental clinic and slim-line.
