JAMMU: Police on Thursday nabbed a drug peddler and recovered 20 gm heroin from his possession.
As per details, a team from Police Post Greater Kailash while performing routine checking near Forest Chowk apprehended a person namely Chetan Sharma, son of Shiv Darshan Sharma, resident of Rehari Colony, Jammu and recovered 20 gram heroin from his possession. He was arrested on the spot and a case vide FIR No 135/2020 under Sections 8, 21 & 22 of NDPS Act was registered against him at Police Station Gangyal.
