REASI: Police on Saturday arrested a drug peddler and recovered 100 gm Charas from his possession.
According to a report, on the directions of SSP Reasi Sujit Kumar, a police team of Police Post Talwara led by In-Charge Police Post SI Ranjeet Singh laid a special Naka at Talli Morh Reasi and intercepted a pedestrian.
During checking, police recovered 100gms of Charas from his possession.
The accused person identified as Bittu Kumar son of Shambu Nath resident of Buttan Katra was arrested and the Charas was seized. A case under FIR No. 71/2015 section 8/20 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Reasi.
