KATHUA : Reacting swiftly on a specific information, police party of Police Station Lakhanpur laid naka near new Ravi bridge at lakhanpur and intercepted one person holding a hand bag in his hand. He was coming from Punjab towards lakhanpur J&K on foot. During his search police recovered and seized 1kg 250 gms Charas from his possession. The accused was identified as Sudagar mal son of Bhuri Ram resident of Bhagocha Chack Gurah Mondian, Hiranagar (Kathua). On this case FIR No 72/2016 under section 8/20 NDPS Act was registered and accused arrested.
