SRINAGAR: Budgam Police arrested a drug peddler in Beerwah area and recovered Charas from his possession.
During a Naka checking at Aarwa, Beerwah police apprehended a drug peddler name Tariq Ahmad Malik, son of Ali Mohammad Malik, resident of Waragam, Budgam and recovered 550 grams of Charas from his possession.
A case FIR No. 45/15 under Section 80/20 NDPS act has been registered against the drug peddler in Police Station Beerwah and investigation has been taken up.
