The theoretical knowledge of driving in fog is contrary to practical experience. During foggy days, when there is zero visibility, the use of fog lamps is most beneficial and the same is true of yellow paper. Again, managing a respectable distance from a vehicle in front, one can safely travel in a convoy during fog.
