Dr Darakhshan visits Zadibal Imambara to review Muharram facilities, interacts with people

SRINAGAR: Chairperson of J&K Waqf Board & Minister of State Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi on Tuesday visited Imambara at Zadibal in Srinagar to review the facilities for the people during Muharram.

She was accompanied by BJP Srinagar District President Advocate Sheikh Salman, Zadibal Constituency President Suhail Ahmad and Syed Muzaffar Rizvi.
Andrabi prayed at the Imambara and interacted with many public delegations.
Waqf Board Chairperson spoke to media there and said that the sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain is the clear prouncement that truth always wins over the evil.
“Imam Hussain (AS) is the everlasting inspiration for all those who sacrifice everything for upholding the flag of truth without any compromise to yield before the untruth”, said Dr Andrabi.
She added that Muharram bridges the sectarian gaps and teaches us the unity and
harmony.
