Dr Anil, Adv Seema, Sidharth Daluja, Anita nominated to Amar Singh Club Executive Committee

JAMMU: The Government on Tuesday nominated four eminent personalities to the Executive Committee of the Amar Singh Club, completing the constitution of the club’s managing body for the 2025-27 term.
According to an official order issued by the office of the Chief Minister, the nominated members include Dr. Anil Mahajan, Senior Advocate Seema Shekher Khajooria, Sidharth Daluja, and Anita Jagjeet. The nominations were made following the club’s elections held on December 14, 2025, in which 11 members of the Executive Committee were elected by the general body. The order states that the nominations were approved by the Chief Minister to complete the election process of the prestigious club.

Dr. Anil Mahajan is a renowned medical professional, widely respected for his contributions to healthcare and public service. His inclusion is expected to strengthen the club’s engagement with health and wellness initiatives.
Ex-Senior Additional Advocate General Shekher Khajooria, brings with her vast legal experience and administrative insight. Notably, she has earlier served as a member of the Managing Committee of the Jammu Club for three consecutive terms, reflecting her long association with premier social institutions of the city.
Sidharth Daluja, President of Volleyball Association of J&K, is a well-known businessman of the region, recognised for his entrepreneurial success and involvement in socio-economic activities. His experience is likely to add a professional and development-oriented perspective to the committee.
Anita Jagjeet is a prominent social activist, known for her work in community welfare and social causes, bringing a strong grassroots connect to the Executive Committee.
The order has been addressed to the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, who also serves as the Vice President of the Amar Singh Club. With these nominations, the Executive Committee for the 2025-27 term now stands fully constituted.
