JAMMU: Show and Tell Competition was organised by the school for the students of class Nursery. The students displayed speaking skills while expressing their views on the topics like Mars, Swachh Bharat, Save Trees, Polybag and Healthy and Unhealthy Food etc. in all, 30 students from different sections participated in the competition with full zeal and confidence.
The first position was shared by Pawani Gupta and Shaunish Vaid, second position was shared by Karanvir Kour and Skyla whereas third place was secured by Vaidvee Gupta and Sparsh Sharma. The competition was judged by Ritu Vir.
Headmistresses Ruchi Chabra and Meenu Gupta, Delhi Public School Jammu lauded the efforts of teachers and parents in making the children smart, confident and self dependent and also stressed upon the importance of such activities which expose them to gain knowledge and enhance their verbal skills.
Preeti Abrol, Coordinator Pre-Primary Wing alongwith other staff members were also present on the occasion.
Additional Director/ Principal, DPS Jammu, Dr. (Mrs.) D. Joseph also congratulated the students for their participation and appreciated their efforts.
