JAMMU: To encourage students to develop a habit to keep a vessel full of water for birds and animals round the year especially in summer, Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu organised feeding pot activity for the students of class IV.
The pots were created by the students using coconut shells, plastic bottles etc. and decorated with colourful material and ribbons.
Interacting with the students, Principal, Ruchi Chabra, highlighted the importance of such initiatives for students. She along with headmistress and staff members joined the students in hanging the feeding pots on the trees. Headmistress Meenu Gupta stated that such activities are important to foster empathy and caring for students.
