UDHAMPUR: Delhi Public School (DPS), Udhampur celebrated World Press Freedom Day on Friday.
To let the students understand the importance of the day a special assembly was conducted followed by an Inter-Class poster making competition for classes VI to VIII in the school. Students also created their own DPS Newspapers which were containing the write ups and the list of the activities conducted in school from time to time.
Chairman of the school (LMC), Dr J.C Gupta, Principal, Bindu Sharma and Vice-Principal, Sucheta Gupta appreciated the efforts of the students and shared the importance of Press in our lives.
