JAMMU: To mark the World Environment Day, Department of Posts (DoP) J and K Circle, Jammu Postal Division, is organising a District Level Philatelic Exhibition on 5th June, 2017, at the Department of Environmental Studies, University of Jammu.
Senior Superintendent of Post Offices informed that eminent philatelists of Jammu will display their collections on the theme. “Vice Chancellor Jammu University, Prof. R.D Sharma will inaugurate the exhibition at 11:30 AM. On this occasion special postal cover on the theme will also be released. The special cover will bear a special cancellation and will be available for sale at a special counter at the venue. The other philatelic material will also available for sale,” he added.
