JAMMU:The workers of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena (DF&SS) under the leadership of President Ashok Gupta took out a protest rally in Jammu on Wednesday demanding CBI enquiry in Kathua murder and rape case.
Referring to investigation done by by a news channel which clearly showed the presence of one of the accused in Muzafarnagar as he is been shown withdrawing money from the ATM contrary to police report suggesting his presence in Kathua, Gupta appealed to Chief Minister for a fresh inquiry through CBI for its verification.
“The Prime Minister should intervene to ensure for fair trial” Gupta said. Vijay, Tony, Bantu, Kalu, Dinesh, Rakesh, Ganesh were also present.
