Dogra College of Education organises Alumni Meet

JAMMU: Dogra College of Education organised its Alumni meet in college auditorium on Saturday.
The students of the college welcomed the Alumni to their Alma mater with the Saraswati Vandana.
Dr. Vikesh Kumar Sharma, Principal Dogra College of Education updated the Alumni about the new initiatives taken up by the institute and emphasised on the significant role of the Alumni as stake holders in the up gradation of the institution at multiple levels.
The event was glittered with the cultural programme performed by the students of the College.
A lot of the Alumni spoke about their college life and shared their experiences.
The Alumni appreciated the efforts of the college administration and opined that these get together should be organized more frequently.
Gulchain Singh Charak, Chairman Dogra Educational Trust congratulated and blessed the Alumni for their achievements and wished them good luck in their future.
Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, Alumni and member Trustee addressed the Alumni and appreciated the idea of organising Alumni Meet which created a special bond between the students who have passed out and who have established themselves already in the outside world.
Mubarak Singh, Director Administration and Campus Development, Dogra Educational Trust also appreciated the Alumni for showing interest in contributing for the betterment of the institute.
Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary Dogra Education Trust, Bela Thakur, Principal Dogra Degree College and Prof. VP Magotra, Principal Dogra Law College, Shefali Sharma, Academic Coordinator Dogra College of Education and staff members of the College were also present among the dignitaries in the event.
The vote of thanks was presented by Vintee Kumari, Lecturer in Education.
