DLIC Rajouri approves 148 new cases under Mumkin scheme

RAJOURI: The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) Rajouri on Saturday approved 148 new cases under the Mumkin scheme.
The meeting was chaired by the District Development Commissioner of Rajouri, Vikas Kundal and attended by CPO, Mohammad Khurshid, GM DIC, Ashwini Sharma, DDE, Qadeer Ul Rehman, DSWO, Wakeel Ahmed Bhatt, ARTO, Shami Kumar, Functional Manager Lead Bank, Ashwani Sharma and Employment Officer, Mohammad Aslam.
The Mumkin Scheme is an initiative of Mission Youth that provides unemployed youth in the transport sector with commercial vehicles at subsidized rates. This scheme aims to empower the youth and create employment opportunities for them.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner asked the concerned officers to generate awareness about the Mumkin scheme and ensure its maximum coverage. He also directed them to remove any hindrances faced by the youth while availing the benefits of Mission Youth. The personal intervention of officers was suggested to ensure proper hand-holding of applicants.
The officers were instructed to sensitize people about the importance of this scheme, its objectives and its impact on society. They were asked to take necessary steps to ensure that maximum youth are reached and helped. This will enable them to reap the benefits of this scheme and give them a better chance at leading a dignified life.
The successful implementation of the Mumkin scheme is crucial to the development of the transport sector and to the empowerment of unemployed youth. The DLIC Rajouri has approved 148 new cases, and the government is committed to ensuring the effective implementation of the scheme.
