JAMMU: Divyam Gupta of KV Sunjuwan and Sidhangha of Little Flower School won boys and girls titles respectively in class I to IV competition in the ongoing inter-school chess tournament at Tiny Tots School, Sainik Colony, here under the banner of All J and K Chess Association.
In V to VIII standard competition, Sanyam Gupta of KV Gandhi Nagar and Samriddhi of Heritage secured first place in boys and girls section. In IX to XII class boys’ event, Harshit Gupta of KC International School won gold while Avni Gupta of Heritage school secured gold in girls’ category. Vivek and Arvindu officiated all the matches.

V to VIII: Boys: Sanyam Gupta, KV Gandhi Nagar, Ist; Soham Kamotra, DPS, 2nd and Jaiveer Singh, DPS, 2nd 3rd. Girls: Samriddhi Saxena, Heritage, Ist; Sehaj Jappan Kour, Little Flower, 2nd Tatiksha, Little Flower, 3rd.
