JAMMU: The District Volleyball Association Pulwama is excited to announce the District Volleyball Championship for the 2024-25 season. This event will be conducted under the aegis of the Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir UT, with sponsorship from Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council. Scheduled to take place at the Islamic University, Awantipora Pulwama, the championship will run from November 9 to 10, 2024.
Participants can compete in various age groups, including Senior Men/Women, Junior Boys/Girls, and Sub Junior Boys/Girls.
The association invites entries from registered volleyball clubs, private teams, and departmental institutions. Interested teams can obtain the official entry forms from the designated office bearers by contacting 9906746602 or 6006636652.
The deadline for submitting completed entry forms is November 7, 2024. Following this, the championship fixtures will be published. Matches will be conducted on a league cum knockout basis, and all participants are required to wear proper uniforms in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Volleyball Federation of India (VFI).
In case of any disputes during the matches, the decision made by the organizing committee will be final.
