JAMMU: The Jammu and Kashmir Kho Kho Association, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, the Jammu and Kashmir Olympic Association, and the Kho Kho Federation of India, is set to host the District Kho Kho Championship 2024. This exciting event will take place from August 31 to September 1, 2024, at the Green Play Field, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
In a statement, General Secretary Amrinderpal Singh emphasized the importance of this championship in fostering a disciplined and healthy lifestyle among youth. Dr. Baljinder Kour, President of the J&K Kho Kho Association, highlighted that the championship aims to encourage players and promote sportsmanship through competitive play. Dr. Kour invited all schools and clubs in the Jammu district to participate in this event, which will feature Under-18 categories for both boys and girls.
