JAMMU: Two days Yogathon was organised under Art of Living programme in District Jail in which about 150 inmates took part.
Superintendent District Jail Jammu, Harish Kotwal urged the jail inmates to actively participate in programmes like Yoga, Meditation which will bring a positive change in their behaviour. He said jail authorities would organize such programmes in near future also.
The programme was organized under the guidance of V.P Kotwal and Nirja Bhasin, the teachers of Art of Living.
