JAMMU: Chief Patron NPP and human rights activist, Prof. Bhim Singh, on Tuesday called on Members of the United Nation to make it mandatory to ban use of deadly weaponS in any situation except during serious crisis in the field.
Accusing the Arms Policy in the USA to issue gun license without any rule or control, Bhim said that use of illicit guns in several countries is causing danger/insecurity to the innocent citizens in several parts of the world.
He said that what is happening today in different parts of the world like Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan and several other countries in Asia and Africa are living example of threat by criminals to the human race.
Bhim accused the so called big countries for allowing use of destructive weapons against humanity by the gangsters through raised illicit money and causing threat to the humanity and world peace. Singh regretted that India could have played its destined role but for lack of genuine leadership today.
He made strong appeal to the new generation particularly the students and youth to join hands in this regard and carry the message of universal peace and human love.
