Security of records, e-signature, mobile banking, freedom from middlemen in government works, transparency in purchase and sale of real estate, e-registration etc. are many benefits of ‘Digital India’.
There are also many challenges in the drive to implement the digital system. The most important challenge is to make the public a participant in it.
