POONCH: Lieutenant General Suresh Sharma, DGBR, visited Project Sampark and interacted with Chief Engineer Project Sampark, P.K.H Singh to review the overall security of GREF detachments. He visited Battal Camp site and met the injured labourers. The General Officer also visited the Kalai Bridge in Poonch which is under completion and drove on Surankote-Bafliaz-Thanamandi-Rajouri Road to get first hand information as this road is gateway to Mugal Road and is under upgradation to double lane. He also took stock of progress on Road Rajouri – Kandi – Budhil. He also met local Army Formation Commanders to stress the need for close co-ordination between BRO and army for overall security of BRO Camps.
