JAMMU: Activists of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena (DF&SS) on Friday held a protest Pakistan for violating ceasefire and firing mortar shells in the densely populated areas. The protest led by President DF&SS Ashok Gupta witnessed burning of Pakistani flag and effigies of Sayeed Salahudeen, Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar.
Citing frequent ceasefire violations in various sectors, Gupta said that soon after surgical strikes by army, Pakistan has been baffled and is resorting to unprovoked firing and shelling in the civilian areas.
Slamming those political parties in the country that are resorting to politics by questioning the authenticity of surgical strikes, Gupta asked them to show restrain and remain united against the enemies of the nation. Blaming Pakistan and Sayeed Salahudeen, Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar for propagation of terror against India, he sought more stringent action against these entities. Suresh Kumar, Lala Singh, Sonu, Daya Ram, Roop Lal, Gurdass, Surinder, Geeta, Kailash, Bantu, Raj Kumari and Abhishek were also present.
