Devotees throng Baba Sidhgoria Dham as 55th Shat Chandi Mahayagya begins with Kalash Yatra

JAMMU: The sacred atmosphere at Baba Sidhgoria Dham, Paloura, vibrated with spiritual energy today as a grand Kalash Yatra marked the commencement of the 55th Shat Chandi Mahayagya. Led by Mahant Shri Kuldeep Singh Ji Paloura Wale, the procession witnessed enthusiastic participation from a multitude of devotees.
With immense reverence, women bearing holy Kalash atop their heads set forth from the Dham. The yatra proceeded towards the canal near BSF Paloura, creating a captivating spectacle of faith and devotion. After a two-hour journey brimming with religious zeal, the procession returned to the Dham, culminating the auspicious inauguration of the Mahayagya.
This grand spiritual event, encompassing the 55th Shat Chandi Mahayagya, Hawan Pujan, Sant Samelan, and Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, is being held from September 05th to 15th, 2024. Devotees from far and wide will converge at the Dham to partake in the Mahayagya and immerse themselves in the divine wisdom of the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, eloquently narrated by Mahant Shri Dr. Satyanarayan Das Ji Maharaj.
Following the Kalash Yatra, the day’s events continued with Mandal Pujan and Yagya from 10 am to 12 noon. The much-anticipated Shrimad Bhagwat Katha will commence on September 9th and continue until September 15th, captivating audiences daily from 2 pm to 5 pm. Prominent figures who graced the Kalash Yatra with their presence include Ashok Chib, Satish Sharma, Atul Sood, Suresh Kumar, Sonu Baba, Jyot Baba, Pt Kuldeep, Virender Singh, Ashok Singh, Kaku Manhas, Rampaul, Sourabh, Vasu, Vishu, Chandan, Dinakar, Kuldeep, Vijay, Pawan Sharma, and Vikram.
