BHADARWAH: To ensure regularity and punctuality in government offices, SDM Thathri Akhter Hussain Qazi inspected Public Health Center(PHC) Malanoo on Wednesday and ordered suspension of 3 employees including dental surgeon for remaining absent from their duty hours in Malanoo area of Thathri Sub Division in District Doda.
During the surprise inspection, SDM found three officials absent from their duty which include one dental surgeon, one dental assistant and a senior assistant.
The SDM Thathri immediately placed all absent employees under suspension till pending enquiry and recommended their names to higher authorities for desired action, spokesmen said.
Taking serious note of matter, the SDM has initiated an enquiry and also sought explanation from all the absentees and instructed all other employees to remain punctual, he said.
The employees who were suspended include Dental Surgeon Dr Shakeel Ahmed , Dental Assistant Annie Kumar and Senior Assistant Shahnaz Tabassum.
“Dental Surgeon will remain attached with CMO Office Doda and other in their institute,” Order reads.
“We are under instructions from the government to not only ensure the full attendance but to also improve the quality of service to public by different departments and strict action will be taken for under performance as well,” said SDM Thathri Akhter Hussain Qazi.
