POONCH: District Development Commissioner Poonch Mohammad Harun Malik on Wednesday convened a meeting of officers to take the stock of arrangements being made for ensuing the holy month of Ramazan . Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, additional superintendent of Police, XEn PDD, XEn PHE, AD Food and supply, CEO municipality, chief agriculture officer, chief horticulture officer, food safety officer, besides president of Beopar mandal and his associates were present in the meeting.
XEn PDD and XEn PHE were asked, to ensure un interrupted water and power supply and he also asked the CEO municipality to ensure better sanitation and cleanliness in municipal areas of the district.
He further directed the CAPD department to ensure sufficient availability of essential stocks in ration depots in far flung areas and the distribution of ration items in proper manner.
