JAMMU: Congress candidate Jagdish Raj Sharma on Monday filed his nomination from Bhalwal Brahmana DDC Constituency.
He was accompanied by former Deputy Chief Minister J&K Tara Chand, Suram Singh, Prem Singh, Gautam Sharma, Romesh Verma, Prabhu Singh and hundreds of supporters and well-wishers.
