JAMMU: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) regarding threat to ecological and environmental balance due to construction of certain unauthorized stone crushers and macadam plants, a Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court at Srinagar Wing comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi asked PCB to file report with regard to stone-crushers or the macadam plants which may be causing environmental hazards, subject to payment of costs of Rs 5,000.
