Dear Editor,
Negligence and overspeeding has turned roads dangerous. The authorities concerned should constitute stringent provisions to check negligence in driving and violation of traffic rules. Drivers seem to have no fear of law. We need safe and sustainable road systems. The public should also obey rules laid down in the Motor Vehicles Act.
