R S PURA: A Dangal was organised by Dangal Committee at village Khour Deonia of R.S Pura in memory of Baba Kankhal.
The Dangal was witnessed by Bhushan Lal Dogra, Vice Chairperson, J and K State Advisory Board for Development of Scheduled Castes, as Chief Guest and Senior Congress leader, Jai Singh as Guest of Honour.
Many people, who visited the shrine to seek blessings of Baba Kankhal, also witnessed the Dangal in which many famous wrestlers from all over India participated.
Members of Dangal Committee Khour Deonia who made the Dangal successful were Balbir Singh, Rasal Singh, Dr Puran and Rajinder Singh Gosha.
Others present were Th. Balwan Singh, Pali Shah, Gurbachan Singh, Abhay Pratap Singh, Arun Singh, Advocate Rahul Singh, Prabhat Singh Gara, Darshan Singh, Pritam Singh, Jarnail Singh (Nasu), Avishake Singh, S.S Ladi and Sohan Singh Sona.
