The complainant received recharge message and unknown caller asked him the he recharged mistakenly. The complainant asked him that he will pay back him but the fraudster asked complainant to share screenshot of recharge message. The complainant shared screenshot of recharge message and lost an amount of Rs 85,000.
The cyber cell DPO Jammu took no time to start the investigations and acted swiftly while exhibiting the ultimate professional excellence through its dedicated skilled human resource which was put to task and in no time the lost amount of Rs 85,000/-was recovered.
