JAMMU: The government on Wednesday re-constituted the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee headed by Atal Dulloo, Chief Secretary J&K as its Chairman and M. Raju, IAS Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department as Member Secretary.
“In partial modification of Government Order No. 88-JK(GAD) of 2025 dated January 17, 2025, sanction is accorded to the re constitution of the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee,: reda an ordrert issued by M. Raju, Commissioner/ Secretary, General Administration Department.
As per order, the members of the committee include Shaleen Kabra, IAS Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Departmentl Dr. Ashish Chandra Verma, IAS Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Tourism Department; Santosh D. Vaidya, IAS Principal Secretary, Finance Department; Achal Sethi, Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs while the Administrative Secretary of the department to which the case pertains shall be co-opted as a Special Invitee.
“The terms of reference of the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee and the procedure to be adopted by it, while making the selection for the posts within its purview, shall remain the same as contained in Government Order No. 1488-GAD of 2011 dated December 26, 2011,” it added.
