SRINAGAR: Chief Secretary, Mohammad Iqbal Khandey on Friday in a meeting with administrative Secretaries here, reviewed the relief and rehabilitation effort underway in the flood affected areas of the State.
Khandey also received brief on the department wise damage assessment reports from the respective secretaries.
Detailed discussion was also held on the quantum and type of relief-rehabilitation package for the people whose houses, business establishments, crops, livestock and other means of sustenance and livelihood have been severely affected in the devastating floods.
