JAMMU: The government on Friday re-constituted the Board of Directors of Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited (JKML).
“In supersession of all previous orders on the subject and in terms of Article 66(3) of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited, the Board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited is reconstituted,” reads an order issued by Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department. As per order, Board of Directors of JKML will be headed by Arun Kumar Mehta, Chief Secretary, J&K as Chairman while Santosh D. Vaidya, IAS Principal Secretary, Finance Department; Vikramjit Singh, IPS Commissioner/Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department; Dr. Raghav Langer, IAS Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department; Dr. Rashmi Singh, IAS Administrative Secretary, Mining Department; O.P. Bhagat, JKAS Director, Geology and Mining, J&K and Vikram Gupta, Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Mineral Limited Corporation will be its Directors.
