CRPF ready to face any challenge: DGP

KATHUA: In the wake of trans-border situation of militancy and infiltration in the region, DGP CRPF K. Durga Parsad said the CRPF capable to face any types of challenges designed by the Pakistan and ISI with the help of the militants outfits groups trained by ISI in their camps along LOC. CRPF jawans playing vital role in controlling the situation arises in numbers of the militants attacks in the state like Hiranagar, Rajbagh, Samba and Nagrota. Besides numbers of CRPF officers and jawans scarified their lives for the nation in J&K and Naxsal affected areas and other part of India. He added that CRPF  alongwith other security agencies do their good jobs while performing joint operations to stop the infiltration and other militancy activities.
DGP CRPF K. Durga Parsad said this after inaugurating Administration Block at Hiranagar in District Kathua while his five days tour in the J&K. This newly constructed Adm. Block building has been constructed by the CPWD Agency with his capital cost 1.95 crore. It is started in the year 2013 and has been completed before time frame. DGP inspected the Adm. Block building after that he interacted with the officers and CRPF jawans. DGP accompanied with the A.V. Chouhan IGP CRPF, Sham Chand DIG CRPF, Nitu Bhattacharya DIG CRPF, Pawan Kumar DIG CRPF, Commandant 121 Bn. S.S. Rana, Taslima 2nd I/C and Executive Engineer CPWD R.K. Sheetal among the other officer of CRPF.
