CRPF organises Ayurvedic health programme

JAMMU: A Ayurvedic Health Programme was organized at Family Welfare Centre, Group Centre, CRPF, Bantalab, here on Tuesday.
During the programme, Dr. Shilpa Kataria (BAMS PDGEMS), wife of Dr. Hemant Kataria, Dy. Commandant(SMO), Composite Hospital, CRPF, Bantalab, Jammu briefed to Gazetted Officers, Subordinate Officers, Jawans and their families of GC Campus how to prevent from diseases like cancer, diabetes, BP, heart diseases, Jaundice and all stomach related diseases and also gives tips how to maintain good health through Ayurvedic treatment.
Shalini Singh, Regional Chairperson, CRPF Wives Association (CWWA) was Chief Guest of the programme and Shilpi, wife of Rajesh Kumar, Dy. Commandant, Tarabati, wife of Lakhmi Chand, Dy. Commandant(Min) and Vinita, wife of Digamber Singh, Asstt. Commandant were also present.
The event was organized under the leadership of S.P Singh, DIGP, GC Bantalab and participation of P.C Gupta, Commandant, Rajesh Kumar, Dy. Commandant (Secretary of RCWWA) and other Gazetted Officers, Subordinate Officers, Jawans for their support.
