POONCH : Cross border traders held a meeting at Poonch under their President Pawan Anand on Thursday in which they strongly condemned the Pak firing targeting the residential areas and killing/injuring innocent farmers.
While condemning the curtailing of India-Pak Dosti Bus service at Wagah border near Amritsar, the participants said that it is a retrogatic step in maintaining people to people contact. They demanded that closure of Dosti bus from Waghah should not affect the flow of visitors from Poonch and Uri in Kashmir.
Prominent among others who spoke include General Secretary Krishan Singh, Rajinder Vaid and Amin Magrey.
