The brain behind bringing this activity to Jammu, Natrang Director Padamshree Balwant Thakur, while sharing his vision of children theatre and its importance in shaping their total personality, said that my thrust is to serve and also educate Jammu children on how to achieve greatness using the strengths of theatre.

“It is to create an occasion for them and putting in place several opportunities for them to dialogue, develop and overcome limitations using the arts and theatre as the healing and transforming tools. Children are the future of our society and it becomes our prime duty to shape-up and secures our future through them. Thus, working with them from the incubation stage secures the future of our country,” he stated.

Thakur further said “I don’t see why we should not offer opportunities and encourage our children to be exactly what they want to be in life. Children do better in life when they are given the required platform and are allowed to go into areas where their talents are best suited. Theatre is one of the most effective medium of personality development and self-exploration.
