Court orders stay into probe against Aditi Sharma
JAMMU: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu R.S Jain on Saturday stayed the impugned order dated 24th October 2014 passed by 1st Additional Munsiff (Duty Magistrate/Forest Magistrate), Jammu till 3rd November 2014.
After going through revision petition filed by BJP leader Aditi Sharma against the said order whereby the trial Court has directed Crime Branch to investigate in the complaint filed by Jasbir Singh, Justice Jain called for the record of the Trial Court and observed that no action in pursuance to the impugned order in case titled Jasbir Singh versus Anil Choudhary and others shall be taken by the Police Station Crime Branch, Jammu till 3rd November 2014. The Court observed that this order is, however, subject to objections of respondents.
In the revision petition, Aditi has pleaded that she is a spinster, a social worker and Chairperson Skyhawks Aviation Pvt. Ltd. Her family is associated with RSS for decades. She joined BJP and started her political career from Jammu. She further pleaded that a false and frivolous complaint/application titled Jasbir Singh versus Anil Choudhary and others has been filed with a calculated move to malign her reputation besides she has been libelously portrayed as a wife of Anil Choudhary only to denigrate her public image.JNF
