JAMMU: Second Additional Sessions Judge Jammu M.K Sharma on Tuesday denied bail to two medical narco-smugglers namely Laba Ram and Raj Kumar who were facing trial in NDPS case.
According to the police, on June 12, 2012 the applicant/accused Laba Ram was found in possession of 1,000 capsules of Paravasanspas and 37 bottles of Corex whereas accused Raj Kumar was found possession of 6,000 capsules.
Judge M.K Sharma after hearing both the sides observed that the accused were carrying these drugs without any lawful authority and for the purpose of illegal sale and there is rigor of Section 37 NDPS Act for grant of bail the Court dismissed the bail applications. JNF
