Copying menace at rise; JKBOSE team registers over 10 cases in 12th exams

JAMMU: Tightening noose on the students indulging in unfair practices during board examinations, a team of Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Wednesday framed over 10 cases of copying during Higher Secondary School Examination (Private) being held here at Hari Singh Higher Secondary School.
Divulging the details, JKBOSE official informed that a special flying squad constituted for curbing the menace of copying visited one of the examination centres set up at the aforesaid higher secondary school and checked the aspirants appearing in the aforesaid examinations. “During checking, more than 10 students were found having copying material in their possession. In total, 12 cases of copying were made and further action was prompted”, he added.
