JAMMU: A police personnel in Jammu on Monday got injured in an accidental fire while cleaning his rifle, officials said.
Head Constable Sanjeev Kumar suffered injuries after his service rifle accidentally went off while he was cleaning it during duty at Gulshan ground, they said.
The injured policeman was shifted to the Government Medical College hospital in Jammu for treatment and is said to be in a stable condition, they added. (PTI)
