JAMMU: Cooperative Public Schools organised a function at its Deeli branch to celebrate 61st Cooperative Week, Children’s Day celebration and prize distribution function.
Anjana Tikoo, Additional Registrar Cooperative Societies Jammu division was the Chief Guest whereas Tanvir Malik Joint Registrar (Audit) and Mohammad Rashid Joint Registrar (HQ) was the Guest of Honour.
Cultural programme started with Ganesh Vandana followed by colourful cultural items skits including speeches on the occasion by the students of the institute.
The Chief Guest appreciated efforts of the staff and the parents to make the occasion successful. She also awarded special prize of appreciation to Mukesh Thappa, Administrator.
Tanvir Malik Joint Registrar Audit and Satish Sharma Principal, Cooperative Training School highlighted the importance of cooperative movement and congratulated students and staff for such wonderful programme.
Earlier, welcome address was delivered by Mukesh Thappa, Administrator, Cooperative Public Schools.
The function concluded with vote of thanks presented by Surinder Sharma.
