JAMMU: Reiterating their demands of regularisation, 10+2 contractual lecturers, who are on chain hunger strike for the last 114th day, asked Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to fulfill the dream of her father Mufti Mohd Sayeed and redress their demand forthwith.
Asking concerned ministers and Speaker Legislative Assembly to fulfill their assurance, Arun Bakshi, President, All J and K Contractual Lecturers (10+2) Forum, said, “We will not tolerate our exploitation more now.”
They are demanding their regularisation as per Civil Services Special Provision Act 2010. Rakesh Kumar, Saroj Bala, Balvinder Kour and Chander Shekhar sat on chain hunger strike.
