JAMMU: The hunger strike of (10+2) contractual lecturers entered 295th day on Tuesday. They are demanding regularization as per Civil Service Special Provision Act 2010.
They protested against the government for not conceding their demands as they are on hunger strike for such a longer period and government is paying no heed towards their demands.
While addressing the media persons, Arun Bakshi said that the same thing this government repeating which the previous government has done which is intolerable.
Everybody is trying to ignore the highly educated youth and even the present government too did nothing for them, he alleged.
Asha Pathania, Payal Rajput, Shafqat Hussain Shah and Azrar Ahmed sat on chain hunger strike.
