JAMMU: Congress must start ‘Congress Jodo Yatra, before Bharat Jodo Yatra’, said Tarun Chugh, BJP National General Secretary & Prabhari J&K.
Tarun Chugh accompanied by senior J&K BJP leaders paid obeisance at famous Shree Raghunath Temple of Jammu.
Chugh, while speaking on the sideline of his temple visit said that Shree Raghunath temple has got special importance during visits to the city of temples. He said that he prayed for peace and progress in Jammu and Kashmir.
“Gone are the days, when there used to be fear of bomb blasts and attacks, now a new era of peace has prevailed in Jammu & Kashmir as a result of strong and decisive administration of Modi government. J&K is now moving ahead on the path of peace and progress and the BJP leadership is committed to undone all previous wrongdoings”, said Chugh.
Replying to a question on senior Congress loyalists leaving the party, he said that Congress needs to start ‘Congress Jodo Yatra, before Bharat Jodo Yatra’.
He said that due to the nepotism and single family worship in Congress party the senior Congress loyalists are leaving the party on a regular basis.
He cited the examples of Jyotiraditya Scindhiya, Tom Vadakkan, Narain rane, Shankar Singh Vaghela, Jaiveer Shergill, Kuldeep Bishnoi, Kapil sibbal, Sunil Jakhad and others besides Ghulam Nabi Azad and many others from Jammu & Kashmir as well who have left congress due to its continuous wrong policies and its incapacity to see beyond one family.
He also said that the Congress is not even able to get a full time President, what to talk of its internal policies.
