Congress dilemma
Dear Editor,
The Congress which ruled India for around 60 years is in a dilemma over its reaction to black money/demonetisation, digital economy/corruption, cashless transactions/poverty. While it has no choice, but to declare itself against black money, it has no courage to support the BJP government for the bold step against black money, counterfeit currency, hawala, and terrorism. Whereas the Congress is proud to have introduced digitalisation, because it feels computers would not have been possible but for Rajiv Gandhi, it is crying foul against the PM’s programme of ‘digital India’. While there are reports of manifold increase in cashless transactions since the ban on Rs 500/1000 notes, the Congress seems in favour of ‘unaccounted’ cash transactions. The Congress and other ‘secular’ parties have lost all wisdom in their hate-filled campaign against the PM and the Central government.
